The board of the Council of Albanian Ambassadors (CAA) today received at the Council’s headquarters the Ambassador of Egypt to the Republic of Albania, H.E. Mr. Hassan Shawky, accompanied by diplomats of the Embassy.
Ambassador Shawky expressed his gratitude to the CAA and its leadership for the Council’s position regarding the latest developments in the Gaza Strip and, more broadly, throughout the Middle East region, describing it as realistic, balanced, and visionary.
The meeting also addressed the establishment of sustainable cooperation between the CAA and its counterpart organization in Egypt—cooperation that will serve not only bilateral relations, but also the treatment of various issues of international developments on a professional and realistic basis, in the service of strengthening peace and cooperation among peoples.
