TIRANA, May 28 – A tragic event occurred on Saturday in the northern town of Fushë Arrëz. A mother along with her two daughters lost their lives after coming into contact with electricity.
One of the girls went to take a shower, but came in contact with electricity and as a result of her calls, her sister rushed to help her.
The sister also came in contact with the energy as soon as she touched the handle of the toilet door, and consequently lost her life. The same tragic fate befell her mother, who went to the aid of her daughters.
On Friday, two teenagers, who were brothers, were drowned in a lake in the suburban areas of the capital Tirana. If fatalities in road accidents are added, Albania is passing through a series of tragic events which have saddened the people of this Balkan country.
