TIRANA, August 23 – The Secretary for Public Relations of the Freedom Party (FP), Silva Caka revealed that FP submitted to the prosecution authority for serious crimes (SPAK) on Tuesday 50 documents published in the statements of the Anticorruption Structure.
In a statement to the media, Caka said that they informed SPAK that the Tirana incinerator concession company “Integrated Energy BV SPV” gave a loan of 500,000 euros to an employee and then sold him a land worth 19,550,000 ALL.
Caka added that “this employee, who was consulted by Stela Gugalla’s company, ‘Consulting Se Partners’, applied and was declared the winner of a grant at the AZHBR with funds from the European Union in the amount of 310,000 euros.
According to her, the same employee turned out to be a company owner in Montenegro and then an administrator with special power of attorney of Integrated Energy BV and of another fictitious company created by this criminal organization.
“The Freedom Party informed SPAK about the documents signed by Arben Kacorri (the head of the project implementation unit) who happened to ask for information about the Fier concession, even though the Ministry of Finance and Economy during the inspection had found serious violations, after a year,” Caka said.
