TIRANA, April 28 – The Independent Qualification Commission (KPK) has dismissed Matilda Shalla, a judge at the Fier Judicial District Court.
The Independent Qualification Commission held the hearing to announce the decision for Judge Shalla on Thursday, the Commission reported in a press release quoted by local media.
The trial panel composed of Etleda Ciftja, Roland Ilia, Pamela Qirko decided to dismiss Matilda Shalla, a judge at the Fier Judicial District Court, after analyzing the evidence and facts.
Shalla, a judge at the Fier Judicial District Court, did not convince Vetting authorities to justify the property.
Matilda Shalla graduated at the School of Magistrates in 2008 and initially worked as a judge in the Court of Durres. Since 2009, Shalla has been serving in the Fier District Court. /Argumentum.al
