TIRANA, June 29 – A message on the phone of the Director of the Health Care Operator in Shkodra Suida Kuka seems to have been her rescue from a possible TNT explosion. Sources of the Shkodra police reported on Wednesday that Kuka received a message on her phone from an unknown number where she was informed about the explosive placed in her vehicle.
Immediately after this message, she called the Shkodra police forces which surrounded the area and demanded the evacuation of the entire institution.
In her testimony to the Shkodra police, Kuka stated that she did not know that number, while Shkodra police and prosecution are investigating telephone records and the tracking of the number that sent the message is required.
On the other hand, in her testimony to the police, she stated that she does not have any conflicts with other persons, while in terms of her duty as head of the institution there were no conflicts or pressures.
Police have seized security cameras throughout the neighborhood “Vojo Kushi” to see the suspicious movements and the person with a motorcycle who is suspected of placing the explosive.
It has already been confirmed that about 200 grams of explosive was placed near the vehicle of Kuka, while experts suggest that the explosive was remotely controlled.
