TIRANA, September 11- Friuli continues the close cooperation between the Albanian democrats and “Frateli d’Italia” (Fdl), a cooperation of several years that is actively working these days of this electoral campaign in Italy in support of the right coalition, with the member of the National Assembly of FdI, Prof. Ugo Falcone as promoter, said the Democratic Party (DP) deputy, Tritan Shehu in a post on FB on Sunday.
“I especially thank Prof. Falcone for the important contribution to the establishment together with Dr. Tonin Deda, Mr. Pal Perleka and arch. Roberto Guggino of the Friuli-Albania Geopolitical Observatory as an instrument of political, cultural, economic cooperation, etc., objectives of which he presented to the Chairman of the DP, Sali Berisha,” said Shehu.
According to him, after the elections on September 25, the right-wing government in Italy will not only strengthen ties and support for Albania and its European integration, but will consider Albanian immigrants there as a powerful mechanism for these strategic objectives. Precisely on this ground of consolidated connections and their perspective, it was organized in Udine our meeting with President Meloni, leader, deputy and senator of FdI a few days ago, together with the elected officials of that area, Hon. Walter Rizzetto, Sen. Luca Ciriani, etc., representative of the Albanian community there, said Shehu.
“Our best wishes and solidarity for a clear electoral success of this coalition. Albanians in Italy must and will vote massively for it there,” said DP deputy Shehu, a former Foreign Minister.
