TIRANA, December 21 – The chairman of the Freedom Party (FP), Ilir Meta, has announced that the opposition will run with ‘super candidates’ in the local power elections singling out Tirana, Elbasan and Durrës.
Meta made that prediction during the meeting of the National Steering Committee of the Freedom Party on Wednesday.
The head of FP said the opposition candidates will be in front of what he called ‘renaissance puppets’, meaning Socialist candidates.
“The opposition has super candidates in Tirana, Elbasan and Durrës and the ‘Renaissance puppets’ who have the face of those policemen with masks who demolished the ‘Prestige’ which was licensed, and those who went to evict the families from the buildings to ‘Myslym Keta’, those who took the families out on the streets with tear gas and now act as if their hearts and souls cry for the Afghans and anyone else are n front of us,” said Meta. /Argumentum.al
