TIRANA, August 11 – The Prime Minister of Montenegro, Dritan Abazovic, has called on the Special State Prosecutor’s Office (SDT) to investigate the allegations published by the Podgorica M portal according to which the government head has connections with members of one of the criminal clans and that he received coded phone calls from one of the criminal groups in the Balkans.
“I call on the Special State Prosecutor’s Office to investigate all the allegations related to my name, published by a portal charged with carrying out the dirtiest campaign against me. Their goal is to destabilize Montenegro in order to maintain their financial power and evade justice,” Abazovic wrote on Telegram quoted by Albanian media on Thursday. He said that he is available to the state authorities for any clarification.
“At the same time, I call on those who intend to “cut my head” to hurry.” Even if they succeed in their criminal purpose, they will not stop the hand of justice. Everything is neatly stored and stored where it belongs. We look forward to what’s to come,” said Abazovic.
