TIRANA, October 19 – The chairman of the Democratic Party (DP), Sali Berisha said on Wednesday in a meeting with the heads of the party branches that protests are the slogan of the democrats.
Berisha said that when protests will be organized by DP, the squares and streets will be filled with citizens.
He didn’t reveal any date when protests will start but such a warning has been made since long losing its meaning with the passing of time.
However, former PM said the protest is now the slogan of the DP and of the Front for the Salvation of Albania and the opposition as a whole.
According to him, the opposition can never agree with this situation because the government and its head Edi Rama go from one scandal to another, from one fraud to another, from one theft to another.
“Rama will see our protests. We will fill the streets and squares and face this government that goes from scandal to scandal. The opposition must block roads, ports and airports,” Berisha warned. Further he said Albania is in absolute danger for the return of visas, while Rama thinks about the traffickers and his clans. “The golden passport is the reason why Albanians will lose the free- visas regime,” said Berisha. /Argumentum.al
