TIRANA, October 3 – Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has said that Albania is in a dangerous moment, referring to the publication of data from the ‘MEMEX’ system on Monday. Berisha said that the release of these data proves the surrender of the state in the hands of crime.
“Today, 105,000 names of Albanians, suspects, investigated by the police for crimes of various types registered in the MEMEX system, which makes up the 30-year work file of the State Police, have been published. The names have been exposed by the system in order to warn all those who are under observation, who are under investigation, who are under review because of various criminal activities. This is an extremely dangerous moment for the country,” said Berisha.
According to him, this is a moment that proves that everything of this mafia state is in the hands of crime and that Albania has become the most dangerous country in the Balkans and Europe, as it warns the contingents of its delinquents that they are in pursuit and police surveillance, and that they must leave in order to escape. “Justice is a tool of the state party and only implements its orders,” said Berisha.
In the meantime an extraordinary thing happened in the meeting of the National Security Commission as the mobile phones of all deputies were taken from them. No journalists were allowed to follow the meeting on Monday.
DP deputy Flamur Noka said that Iran has the data but Serbian-Russian hackers have secrets. “You tell Albanians that you have no right to hear that the state is naked. Albanians want to know what the state has done and why they were not protected,” said Noka. /Argumentum.al
