TIRANA, August 22 – The Chairman of the Freedom Party (FP), Ilir Meta has announced that he will file criminal charges against the Authority of the Former State Security Files in a post on FB released on Monday.
According to Meta, the charges have to do with the serious and intentional violations that the Authority has done to the organic law on the files of the former State Security.
Meta, former President, said that the manipulations and falsifications were done aiming at exerting political blackmail in the benefit of (PM) Edi Rama.

“On September 1, I will file criminal charges against the Files Authority for the serious and deliberate violations of the organic law regarding the files of the former State Security, for manipulations and forgeries aiming at political blackmail in the benefit of Edi Rama.”
