Tirana will host the NATO Summit in 2027, Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama has confirmed.
“The NATO Summit has unanimously decided to organize it in Tirana in 2027,” Rama wrote on social media following the summit held in The Hague, Netherlands.
The official Albanian delegation to the NATO Summit in The Hague was led by Prime Minister Rama.
Rama had previously announced that Tirana would be the host city for the NATO Summit in 2027.
Leaders of NATO member states gathered in The Hague on June 24–25 for a critical summit, dominated by debates over increasing defense spending and Ukraine’s request for membership.
