TIRANA – Ambassador Luigi Soreca, Head of the EU Delegation to Albania, met on Tuesday with Minister of Culture Elva Margariti to discuss the upcoming EU-funded programme for post-earthquake recovery in cultural heritage – EU4Culture, the Bylis programme to promote the site as a tourist destination and other EU initiatives to promote Albanian cultural heritage, said a press release issued by the press office of the EU delegation to Tirana.
