TIRANA, November 21 – Prime Minister Edi Rama made a reaction to the law enforcement operation for violations of construction permits for the purpose of profit.
The head of the government said on Monday that he has signed 15 procedures for the confiscation of buildings, which were built for profit, or are completely without permission.
“Today, after going through all the legal links, I signed a total of 15 construction confiscation procedures, where for profit purposes the legal limits of permits have been exceeded or in some cases it has been built without a permit at all,” he said. According to Rama, the confiscated buildings will be used for public interest and the spaces taken will be transferred to the state, which will use them as office environments for the administration, for social housing or social services. /Argumentum.al
