TIRANA, September 17 – Freedom Party (FP) deputy Monika Kryemadhi invited Prime Minister Edi Rama on Saturday to go to Tirana’s incinerator in Sharre and show Albanians the 128 million euro investment.
In a statement to the media on Saturday, Kryemadhi said that there was only grass and that this incinerator is Edi Rama’s 30-year financial plan to steal from Albanian citizens for 30 years.
“The only incinerator where Rama has not gone or promoted is the incinerator of Tirana, and the main financiers of this fictitious work are all Albanian citizens from north to south. Where does Albanians’ money go? Why doesn’t Edi Rama demonstrate the investment made in Sharre. A few days ago, there was only grass there,” said Kryemadhi.
According to her, those companies that were created just to inflate costs and benefit from VAT have served as subcontractors.
“He has set up the whole scheme for tax robbery of Albanian citizens through concessions and through the concession of the Tirana incinerator. I continue to be in my position to continue the fight to the end and to bring the most corrupt case of the incinerators to the end, to bring the investigations to the end because the incinerator case is only the tip of the iceberg of corruption of Rama and his government,” said Kryemadhi.
Last Tuesday, Freedom Party organized a protest at the Sharre incinerator and its head Ilir Meta called it the scene of crime as there was not any sign of any incinerator project. /Argumentum.al
