Scholz, Macron, Draghi në Ukrainë

Kancelari Olaf Scholz viziton Kievin të enjten së bashku me presidentin Macron e kryeministrin italian, Mario Draghi. Kjo është vizita e parë e kancelarit gjerman që nga pushtimi rus i Ukrainës. Qëndrimi i parë në Irpin.

Pas një hezitimi të gjatë. kancelari gjerman Olaf Scholz po qëndron të enjten në Kiev për një vizitë të parë që pas fillimit të luftës, së bashku me kreun e shtetit francez, Emmanuel Macron dhe kryeministrin italian, Mario Draghi. Tre krerët kryesorë politikë europianë mbërritën në Kiev me tren, dhe vizituan si fillim një zonë në periferi, Irpin, së bashku me presidentin rumun, Klaus Iohannis, i cili kishte udhëtuar vetëm në Kiev. Irpin është një nga zonat e shkatërruara rëndë nga sulmet ruse. Janë planifikuar takime edhe me presidentin Zelensky.

Scholz dënoi “brutalitetin” e agresionit rus në Irpin, që ka vrarë civilët dhe ka shkatërruar shtëpitë. Kjo është një luftë e tmerrshme, tha Scholz. Sipas kancelarit është shkatërruar një qytet që nuk ka pasur struktura ushtarake. “Kjo të thotë shumë për brutalitetin e sulmit rus, që është i drejtuar nga shkatërrimi dhe pushtimi.” Rusia e zhvillon këtë luftë me brutalitetin më të madh, pa marrë parasysh jetët njerëzore, tha Scholz. “Kjo duhet të marrë fund.”

Kancelari Scholz bëri të ditur, se mbështetja për Ukrainën që po mbrohet nga Rusia do të vazhdojë për sa kohë që “kjo të jetë e nevojshme”. Qëllimi i udhëtimit është që Ukrainës t’i jepet një “sinjal i qartë i solidaritetit të Europës”, deklaroi zëdhënësi i qeverisë gjermane, Steffen Hebestreit. Scholz i tha gazetës “Bild”, se nuk bëhet fjalë vetëm për të demonstruar solidaritet, por edhe për sigurimin e mbështetjes, “financiare, humanitare, si edhe kur bëhet fjalë për armët.”

Kurse presidenti francez, Emmanuel Macron tha pas vizitës në Iprin se këtu “janë kryer masakra dhe krime lufte”. Për Macron “ky është një qytet heroik, i shenjuar nga stigma e barbarisë.”

Unitet europian

Presidenti francez, Emmanuel Macron i ka siguruar Ukrainës mbështetjen e vendosur të Europës në mbrojtjen prej sulmit rus. Pas mbërritjes në stacionin e trenit në Kiev, ai tha se kjo vizitë është “mesazh për unitetin europian, i cili adresohet ukrainaseve dhe ukrainasve, si edhe i mbështetjes për të folur në të njëjtën kohë për të tashmen dhe të ardhmen dhe, sepse e dimë, se javët e ardhshme do të jenë të vështira.” Ukraina duhet “të rezistojë dhe fitojë”

Ambasadori ukrainas në Berlin, Andrej Melnyk ka shprehur pritshmëri të larta nga vizita e tre krerëve europianë. Ukrainasit shpresojnë që rëndësia e vizitës së Scholzit të mos jetë vetëm “simbolike”, por “novatore”, tha ai për “Rheinsche Post.” Sipas Melnyk, ndihma ushtarake e Gjermanisë duhet të ngrihet në “një nivel të ri cilësor:”

Vizita e tre vendeve më të fuqishme në BE kishte kohë që pritej. Qeveria ukrainase që nga fillimi i luftës ka shprehur kritika të ashpra për Gjermaninë duke kritikuar hezitimin gjerman në çështjen e furnizimit me armë të rënda. Një vizitë e presidentit gjerman, Steinmeier u refuzua duke iu referuar politikës së tij të mëparshme ndaj Rusisë. Po ashtu presidenti ukrainas, Volodymyr Zelensky këmbëngul se vendi i tij ka siguruar të drejtën për një anëtarësim në BE përmes mbrojtjes “vlerave” të Europës kundër agresionit rus. Në Bruksel pritet një rekomandim i statusit kandidat pro me kufizime.
