TIRANA, September 23 – The Speaker of the Assembly, Lindita Nikolla, received the Spanish Senator, José Cepeda in a working meeting on Friday.
Cepeda is in Albania, as a friend of Albania and of the Assembly, but also in the framework of the preparations for the drafting of the report of the Interparliamentary Union on cyber security.
The expansion and intensification of cooperation between the Parliament of Albania and the Parliament and the Senate of Spain was discussed during the meeting.
Nikolla expressed to Senator Cepeda his gratitude for the determined support of Spain for the European integration process of Albania and the belief that this support will continue during the negotiations.
Nikola and Cepeda defined the increase of defense and cyber security as a priority of parliamentary cooperation with Spain.
Speaker Nikolla and Senator Cepeda also discussed the priorities of cooperation between the Assembly of Albania and the Interparliamentary Union. / Argumentum.al
