TIRANA, March 5 – The Chairman of the Democratic Party (DP), Sali Berisha, held a meeting on Sunday with the candidates for municipalities in the May 14 primaries.
“In the decisions we will make, of course you have your voice and the party does not make any decisions without consulting you. The truth is that you are the candidates of freedom, the first candidates in the history of this country to be elected by the free vote of DP membership and supporters,” he declared.
According to Berisha, their well-liked personality, respected by the citizens of the municipalities where they competed, terrified Edi Rama.
“It terrified the narco-state and not only, but also its allies, thinking that it could prevent us from participating and winning the elections on May 14. Like a coward, he postponed until three days before the deadline the prefabricated decision of the court controlled 100% by him, and confiscated the party seal. He thought that with this act he gave us a blow and got rid of the real opposition,” declared Berisha.
Berisha emphasized that with the court act, Rama expressed his horror at the real opposition.
“The truth is the opposite, he will never escape from the DP which rose like a phoenix from the ashes, or the labyrinths of unimaginable Albanian and international traps, and comes today stronger than ever in battle in a complete monism based on crime, drugs and theft. Citizens are clear that with this act Edi Rama expressed the horror he has of the real opposition,” declared Berisha.
Berisha said that Rama’s government is destroying the country with lightning speed, like no other civil, regional or world war. /Argumentum.al
