THE SCANDALS DENOUNCED BY ARBEN AHMETAJ THAT SPAK DOES NOT INVESTIGATE BECAUSE IT IS CONTROLLED BY EDI RAMA

By Armand Shkullaku

Edi Rama totally controls SPAK and through it attacks his political opponents. Altin Dumani is his subordinate.

Edi Rama and Erion Veliaj are the factual owners of the ghost incinerator of Tirana.

The economic damage (the theft) with the ghost incinerator of Tirana from Rama-Veliaj is 700 million euros.

10 billion euro tenders from Belinda Balluku

6 billion euro tenders from Erion Veliaj

3 billion euro tenders from Ilir Beqaj and Ogerta Manastirliu

AKSHI, the private garden of Edi Rama. 43 million euros benefited by the Prime Minister’s family members involved in the signing and discovered by an environmental surveillance.

“EcoPark” was signed by Edi Rama himself (the main beneficiary) and received a combination of incinerator companies.

The tender for the Llogara Tunnel is won by the firm “Gjoka” for 140 million euros. The contract is broken and the tender is awarded without competition to the Turkish company “InterkarASL” (there are photos from the meeting in Ankara). The Turks do not bring any equipment and the works are carried out again by the “Gjoka” company. The additional 50 million euros is theft.

The two energy ships in Vlora are paid for a service that is not performed, a theft scheme as with the incinerators.

McGonigal has signed a contract with a company in Dubai authorized by the Albanian side (there is a video inside a factory where the meeting took place)

The main incinerator media leading the Government’s propaganda are Top Channel with “chief editor” Belinda Balluku and Report TV by Carlo Bollino

SPAK pressures to change the testimonies (The case of Millonai that threatens: I will take to the piss hole)

The Becchetti file 120 million euros. Threatening government messages led to the loss of the trial.
