One of the streets in the former block where several diplomatic missions are located in Tirana as the headquarters of the embassies of Kosovo, Ukraine, Russia and Serbia, will be named “Free Ukraine” on Monday, Mayor Erion Veliaj announced in a Twitter post on Saturday. Veliaj, together with the Ambassador of Ukraine to Albania, Volodymyr Shkurov, helped on Saturday load the first truck with the aid collected by the citizens of Tirana for the citizens of Ukraine. Among other things, Veliaj said that he is proud of all this generosity and solidarity.
