During his speech, Berisha did not spare the attack against the Democratic Party candidate for this municipality, Ferdinand Saraci.
Berisha further called on the democrats of Rrogozhina not to vote for him and not to go after the DP logo, because PM Edi Rama hides behind it as he has taken hostage that logo.
