ALBSIG, part of the Kastrati Group, welcomed media representatives to its new offices in the iconic Downtown One building, where a press conference was held with the leadership of Albsig, Albsig Life, and Albsig Invest, followed by an exclusive tour of the companies’ modern premises.

In his address at the press conference, Plarent Hamzaj, Deputy General Director of ALBSIG, emphasized that sustainability and trust are the foundations upon which Albsig has built its growth over the years.

In his remarks, Dritan Kastrati, Deputy General Director of ALBSIG, stressed that the company’s performance in processing and paying claims is a clear testimony to the reliability and seriousness Albsig has built over the years.
For over a decade, Albsig has led the market in claims settlement, with over 150,000 clients compensated during this period, while just last year, 17,157 clients received their claims from the company.
He also pointed out that Albsig holds the lowest number of pending claims — only 4% of the market total — as well as the lowest number of legal disputes, which clearly demonstrates the efficiency and transparency in its operations.
These indicators, Kastrati added, are the result of high standards of client responsibility that have built Albsig’s reputation as a financially strong and trustworthy company in both the Albanian and regional markets.
Ervin Spahiu, General Director of ALBSIG Life, emphasized that the company is today the leader in the life insurance market, clearly positioned in first place.
This success, he said, is the result of a sustainable strategy and strong partnerships with financial institutions, supported by accurate and dedicated service to each client.
Spahiu underlined that the trust of thousands of citizens and partners in the banking system is a joint achievement of a dedicated team and the ongoing support from ALBSIG, which has created strong synergies between the two companies.
He added that ALBSIG Life will continue to invest in innovation and quality, maintaining its reputation as a company that guarantees security, stability, and long-term trust.
Elton Korbi, General Director of Albsig Invest, spoke about the performance of private pension funds and their importance as an alternative savings tool.
He noted the steady growth of the private pension funds managed by the company, as well as the increasing importance of these funds as a secure and alternative form of saving.
Korbi emphasized that Albsig Invest is leading the market with a professional approach, delivering net returns of up to 5.5% annually for members and offering the lowest management fee in the market at just 1.2% per year.
According to him, this success is the result of member trust and close collaboration with the Albsig Group, which has created a solid foundation for the further development of the private pension market in Albania.
He noted that the main objective remains the financial education of the public and the expansion of participation in pension funds, as the most secure way to build a sustainable future.
