TIRANA, October 31 – American Ambassador Yuri Kim has returned to Albania after meetings in the US within the framework of the Strategic Dialogue between Tirana and Washington.
The news was announced by the ambassador herself through a post on twitter on Monday. The Strategic Dialogue will serve to strengthen the cooperation between the two countries, she said.
Kim also dwelt on the issues that were discussed within the dialogue, and she said that issues such as regional and global security, defense cooperation, integration, justice reform and the fight against corruption were addressed.
“Let’s get to work and let’s keep moving forward!” said Ambassador Kim.

“Excited to return to Tirana after inaugural US-Albanian Strategic Dialogue last week, which enabled senior officials of our two countries to strengthen cooperation across the range of issues: regional and global security (esp as NATO Allies and members of the UN Security Council), …defense cooperation…(including cybersecurity), EU integration, justice reform and fighting corruption, energy and climate change, US-Albanian trade and investment.
