TIRANA, November 15 – The Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Olta Xhaçka, held a meeting on Tuesday with the French Secretary of State for European Affairs, Laurence Boone.
Xhaçka expressed her gratitude to France for its continuous contribution to finding the best ways to bring the region closer to the European Union.
The chief diplomat said that Albania will continue to play a constructive, stabilizing and proactive role in the region, in order to help achieve peace, stability, security and cohesion.
The French official, Boone praised the holding of the First Albania-EU Intergovernmental Conference and guaranteed France’s support in the newly initiated process. /Argumentum.al
