TIRANA, October 11 – The Speaker of the Assembly, Lindita Nikolla, received the Ambassador of Israel, Galit Peleg on Wednesday and according to reports the interlocutors talked about the latest developments of the war in Israel.
The Speaker reconfirmed to Ambassador Peleg that the Assembly, the Government and the Albanian people strongly condemn the terrorist attack by Hamas against Israel and they stand by the Israeli people in these difficult moments of war.
“This is not just Israel’s war, but a war between the civilized world and the terrorists. In these more than tragic moments for all the Israeli people, the civilized world stands with them and condemns terrorism and the killing of innocent people,” she said.
According to Nikolla, Albania stands by its strategic partners, the US and the EU, in the fight against terrorism for the protection of security and peace.
