The Summit of Unity! Think of peace and prepare for war! It’s only the start to the end! Just a pause between two wars!

Peace with war diplomacy! The protest,  image and tourism! Why this silence from the EU Commission and Council? A deal or a pause?

Just kind words  in Tivat! Where is the peace!? A deal yes, peace No!What is happening with USA and  EU?  5 elections but no solution!

IBAR? ”Sufficiently! Much ado about nothing! Shart contrasts in Beijing! Where is the exit?!

Neither peace nor war! Peace with bombs?! IBAR in autumn?! Not another Hormuz in Taivan!

IBAR – a springing board or an obstacle? Can we catch the EU Negotiation train 2027? When the dress makes the news!  EU electoral April  ends in a draw 1:1!

The European Parliament building in Strasbourg, France with flags waving calmly celebrating peace of the Europe. July 12, 2020.

EU 2027 or 2037! Even half membership failed! No exit strategy!

    What next?

“With diplomatic velvet“! Major question marks! In Washington yes, but  in the White House NO! A strange dinner in Brussels!

The Myth of Independence: How Chinese Efficiency is Rewriting the Constitution of Modern Geopolitics!

Legal Advisor & University Lecturer

I. From Westphalian Sovereignty to the “Constitution of Code”

For almost four centuries, the global order has rested upon the principles of the Treaty of Westphalia (1648), which sanctioned the inviolability of borders and the exclusive authority of the state over its territory [1]. This early legal model viewed sovereignty as a physical fortress: whoever controls the land, controls the law. However, in 2026, this definition is proving insufficient. Today, sovereignty is no longer threatened by the movement of military troops, but by the integration of a nation’s vital “nodes” into foreign technological ecosystems.

When a state adopts a national operating system for Artificial Intelligence, or hands over the management of strategic ports to giants like COSCO or Hutchison Ports, it is not merely signing a commercial contract. It is submitting to an invisible “Technical Constitution.” In this new reality, the rules of the game are no longer determined in national parliaments, but through the updating of codes and efficiency algorithms, which stand de facto above domestic laws [2].

II. Efficiency as a “Drug” and the State Atrophy Syndrome

In this new “Realpolitik,” China has understood that the most enduring dominance comes not from force, but from the creation of structural dependency. Chinese efficiency acts as a geopolitical “drug”: the more a state relies on it to function, the more its own administrative and engineering “muscles” atrophy.

The case of the Panama Canal and ports like Piraeus in Greece illustrate this phenomenon [3]. By offering a level of automation that no other partner can match, China creates a situation where a technical “divorce” would mean the immediate collapse of trade routes. This is not a classic debt trap; it is an operational trap where the host state remains sovereign on paper but becomes a dependent “client” for every logistical movement [4].

III. Human Credibility and “Open Source” Politics

Until yesterday, the king of efficiency was “naked” in moral terms. However, Beijing is moving rapidly to fill this vacuum. Through the Chinese AI Act and official policies favoring Open Source [5], China is introducing a new model of “enlightened” dominance [6]. By opening the code of its AI models, it aims to create a global standard perceived as more transparent than the closed models of Silicon Valley corporations.

This is a calculated paradox: China uses technical “transparency” to gain moral credibility, while ensuring that the world’s infrastructure operates on its regulatory “grammar.” This allows Beijing to market itself as a defender of technological democratization while maintaining control over the central nodes of the system.

IV. The New Dominance: An “Amoral” and Systemic Evolution

The dominance currently emerging does not resemble the old ideological hegemony. It is “amoral,” functional, and algorithmic. This is not just a change of actors, but an evolution of the very nature of power. In nature, it is the most adaptable that survives.

China is showing a stronger “survival instinct” through the “Lane of Workers” concept. Unlike the ruthless technological capitalism that replaces humans with machines without considering social consequences, Chinese justice is integrating worker protection into the heart of AI development [8]. This gives Beijing extraordinary credibility in the eyes of the “Global South”: they offer not only the tools to be efficient but also the formula for maintaining social stability in an age of uncertainty.

V. Conclusion: The Paradox of Independence

Ultimately, independence in 2026 is an illusion for those who do not own the means of efficiency. While we continue to recite the old principles of territorial sovereignty, we are witnessing a rewriting of the geopolitical constitution by those who control the “strings” of the algorithm.

The old Western king is falling behind because he failed to evolve beyond abstract promises. Meanwhile, the new king is tailoring a suit where code, law, and labor protection coexist under strict state control [9]. The question that remains for our society is: Are we ready to evolve, or will we remain hostage to a sovereignty that exists only as a relic of history?
