TIRANA, May 31 – The supporters of the leader of the Democratic Party (DP), Sali Berisha, Evi Kokalari have erupted with strong accusations against Belind Këlliçi. In a post on “Facebook” on Tuesday Kokalari harshly addresses Këlliçi, saying “Shame on you for directing the votes for the DP Chairmanship”.
In her message released on social networks on Tuesday, Berisha’s supporters warned that she would speak with names, surnames and facts, adding that she was ready to speak in detail if the candidacies and votes of the National Council of DP last Friday are manipulated / oriented.
“I do not want to hear anymore that Belind Kelliçi and Fatbardha Kadiu have been the most voted in the Chairmanship. And Belind’s hypocrisy when he says that he is affected by this benevolence in voting, when he knows very well how he achieved it. He does well to use it for those around him and not for people with significant IQ,” said Kokalari, an activist of the US Republican Party, who was actively involved in the campaign of Sali Berisha to revive DP.
“Shame on Belind and his close friends who brought out members of the Council and members of the Youth Forum to lobby for him and Fatbardha Kadiu on May 22,” she said.
According to her, this is called vote orientation and is a kind of manipulation of free will and this act should be punished by the Ethics Commission if the DP has this one.
“Shame on those who started a lobbying list for the Chairmanship on the morning of May 22, leaving out MPs and people who have really been close to Sali Berisha since the first day and that the doctor had given him an equal chance for the Chairmanship, so as they deserved,” said Kokalari, who declared a few days ago that she had given up involvement in DP.
“You are as blackmailing as you were with Lulzim Basha, and of course you are the last to join Berisha’s caravan,” she said.
Does Kokalari warn of another schism in that part of DP led by Berisha which would mean the total collapse of that opposition force which was started by Basha with the help of PM Edi Rama?
